When you shut down the game and the launcher, Windows is free to delete them. To download and install Yandere Simulator on PC, click on the Get Yandere. The launcher downloads the game into its folder, which is the Temp folder, so the game is installed into the Temp folder. If you use Windows to browse into the zip without extracting it first, then the launcher appears to be working fine, except that Windows is really running it from the Temp folder. When you download the launcher, you must unzip it into a folder that you have full control over before you open it. Yandere Simulator is still in development, but you can download a demo.
